Add your logo oncePlace it on the master slide so it appears automatically on every new slide

🎬 Animations & Transitions
Animation Basics

Animations tab has 4 types: Entrance, Emphasis, Exit, and Motion Paths

Use the Animation Pane to reorder effects, set triggers, and fine-tune timing precisely

Set "Start" to "With Previous" or "After Previous" to chain animations without extra clicks

Use Animation Painter (like Format Painter) to copy an animation's settings to another object

Less is more — overusing flashy animations distracts; subtle Fade/Wipe reads as more professional than Bounce/Spin
Slide Transitions

Transitions tab controls how one slide changes to the next (different from in-slide animations)

Click "Apply to All" to use the same transition consistently across the whole deck

🌀 Morph Transition
Creating Smooth Morph Animations
Duplicate the slideCtrl+D on the slide you want to animate from
Move or resize objectsOn the duplicate slide, reposition, resize, recolor, or rotate the objects to their "end" state
Apply MorphSelect the second slide → Transitions tab → Morph
PreviewPowerPoint automatically calculates a smooth animated transition between the two states
💡 Morph requires matching objects between slides (same object, just moved/resized) — it identifies them automatically by shape type. Great for zoom effects, map journeys, or revealing a process step by step.

Designer & SmartArt

🛠️ Troubleshooting
Common PowerPoint Problems

Fonts look different on another computer: File → Options → Save → check "Embed fonts in the file" before sharing

Video won't play: Re-link or re-insert the video; moving the file after embedding can break the link if it wasn't embedded properly
3
File size huge: Use Compress Pictures (Picture Format tab) and Compress Media (File → Info) to shrink embedded video/audio
4
Presenter View shows on wrong screen: Slide Show tab → Monitor dropdown → manually select the correct display
